Media and the way it asks us to fix yesterday
Just walk away. No anger, no guilt, no resentment projected outward or in.
Everyone is creating, conscious or not. Fearful thoughts create reality just as fast or faster than thoughts of abundance, love, acceptance, success and achievement.
Is our mission to fight Child Poverty, Animal Cruelty, Racism, Cancer and Aids? Are all these things actual things? They do exist, yes. Can we really win a war when we cannot see our enemy and cannot predict their location or time of appearance? How are we best suited to ‘win’ a war on anything when the subject of our attention must ‘loose’ for us to be successful? The moment we ‘win’ the battle is the moment we have brought whatever enemy we are seeking seemingly into the consciousness of ‘the people’. I do agree that consciousness is our best ‘tool’ to eliminate what we put our attention on, however we must remember a tool is only as effective as the hand that wields it. Not to blame the media, but our propaganda that so many tune into at 6:00pm daily is very simply spreading the word to take up arms against the injustices we see. There is a fundamental mistake in this, what you see on TV or even through the opinions of anyone outside your direct field of experience is seemingly pointing out the enemy…in the past. Sadly, all the fighting that is being waged in this world at this time is just a war on what we perceived yesterday. We seek to change what is already real, instead of fixing what we currently have the power to change so that, with time, we can be free of the ‘things’ that we perceive as tragedies and disasters. Realize that.
If I wanted to make the common cold go extinct, how would I best be prepared to succeed? Provide a cure? Treat all the infected people before they spread it? Even encourage everyone to live healthier so his or her immune systems are prepared to instantly fight off any ‘bug’? Consciousness is the key. From a point in time, if human thought consistency was dependable, all individuals simply stopped thinking ‘sick’ thoughts. The truth is we are all perfect, only sometimes we perceive ourselves as separate from that source of perfection.
Simply put, if we stopped giving power to the common cold by being conscious of our susceptibility to it, we would no longer be susceptible. The cold does not exist, only the symptoms that we later label as the cold or the bug that attacked us, although the seeming retaliation of our bodies was just perfect in order to separate the weakening virus. Remove the reason and the problem disappears.
Act now for the future or act now for the past. Now is where you stand. Perhaps that is all there is…really.
